The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, which is something I always appreciate. The shower worked well, and the air conditioning had a quiet mode, making it easy to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality food options.- The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their fluency in English made communication very easy.
The beds were a bit too hard for my liking, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The noise from the air conditioning system outside the balcony was a bit annoying at times.

Very friendly staff! English is spoken without a problem.Good breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.Very close to bus/tram stop; nr 15 stops in centre of Turin. Ask tickets at the hotel desk. Quick check in and check out. Some parking possibilities at the hotel. Private parking (to be paid). Very good price-quality.
Hotel is a bit outdated but this is not a real problem. Airco in the room is a bit loud.

our recent stay at a hotel in turin was fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions for places to visit and eat. the room was clean and well-designed, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast buffet offered.

The breakfast was awesome...it was right near public transportation to get to the city centrale and for the stadio olimpico...the hotel staff had good English.
The beds were uncomfortable - fixed when we put all the extra blankets over the mattresses. The location isnt the greatest if you want to walk to the main attractions however there is a public line of transport right out front of the hotel.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately,our double bed, contained with 2 separate beds, covered with one bedsheet, was on whils so every morning we found out a big gab beetween two beds.
